Wall- hairdryer, digital safe, direct- dial telephone, Colour Sat- Tv , cabled in every room, bikes , car parking ,hot and cold climate self control system, cabin service on the beach. Bed, bath and kitchen linen included with weakly change.

Supplementary charges :
Compulsory final cleaning to be paid on the spot:
For 1 room apartment: € 30,00 – 2 room apartment € 45,00 – and 3 room apartment € 55,00;
On request daily or weekly cleaning up by extra charge.

Payment modality:
Account of 30% from the total amount be paid by e-mail or bank to confirm your reservation,Balance payment by checking in, and a guaranteed deposit of €100,00 , which you get back when your check out.

Reductions for extended holiday:
5% discount for a 2 week reservation on the 2° week
7% discount for the 3° week
10% of discount after the 4° week excluded the period from the 2 ° until the 16 August .

Double room apartment 3+2: bed room with 1 double and 1 single bed, bath, living room with a double bed couch and kitchen angle, balcony.

Three room apartment : 2 double bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, 2 balcony's , living room with double bed couch and kitchen angle.
